Tues. March 31 9pm- Controversial Fence on I-80
We've all heard the stories of animal collisions that have injured or even killed drivers of vehicles along our highways. A fence along I-80 is being put up in a high animal traffic area to prevent some of these accidents. The source of its funding is causing a stir; $500,000 in stimulus money. Is it worth it?  

Fri. March 27: 7pm- Hit and Run Case Solved
Ethan and Alex will tell you the crazy story of how the police found this creep who hit a cyclist while driving then fled the scene and tried to hide his car. How and where he hid the car for the last few days, plus, who helped him stash it.  

Fri. March 27 8pm- Guantanamo Detainees in Your Backyard
Detainees from the soon-to-be closed prison have been a hot topic. Mostly the question that comes up; What do we do with them? Some could be freed here into the United States and could be receiving welfare. Ethan thinks its a great idea. Alex hates Ethan sometimes.  

Fri. March 27 9pm- FLDS Raid One Year Later...None the Wiser
Saying that hindsight is 20/20 on this subject is an understatement. A year later, what have we learned from the raid in Texas? Senator Harry Reid is pushing for a more aggressive federal polygamy task force. Thanks, Harry. Plus, the Friday favorite of "Who Asked You?!".  

Thurs. March 26 7pm- Man Who Abuses Dog Faces Felony
This jerk tortured and abused his ex-girlfriend's lab puppy and now faces felony torture of a companion animal charges. Ethan and Alex discuss why he had possession of the dog and how too many people take a crack at having pets when they shouldn't.  

Thurs. March 26 8pm- Video Game Veto Still Not Resolved
Anti-Video Game Violence Guru Jack Thompson has said that if the Governor's veto of HB353 is NOT overridden, he will come to Utah to lobby for the complete ban of violent themed video games. Is that a threat? Bring it on, 'Jack'. Plus, Gregg Stebben is on to talk about the latest in tech news.  

Thurs. March 26 9pm- Drug Tests For Welfare Recipients
Eight states are now considering legislation that would require drug tests for welfare recipients. Critics of the legislation say that the action is unconstitutional. Others with brains, who aren't on drugs, say bring it on. We're talking about your taxes, folks!  

Wed. March 25 7pm- The Legalization of Drugs
The recent uproar concerning the drug war that seems to tear the border apart has prompted academics and non-academics (Ethan and Alex) alike to ask the question: Should drugs be made legal, regulated and taxed? Some experts say this is the solution...what say you?  

Wed. March 25 8pm- The Governor's Veto
Some of this year's bills that have fallen victim to the Governor's veto pen include some that were of particular interest to Ethan and Alex. As they take a few victory laps they'll also tell you which bills got the ax and why.  

Wed. March 25 9pm- HS Student Admits to Felony, Still Plays Ball
Some parents in Davis county are scratching their heads as a student who admitted to trying to pass a phony $20 bill this year is still allowed to participate in baseball. He transferred schools in the process where he has been cleared to play. His mother is the Assistant Principal at his new school. That's convenient.  

9pm- HR1388...Changing the Face of Volunteerism
If you haven't heard of HR1388, you have to get to know this thing. The Bill made famous by Senator Ted Kennedy and Senator Orrin Hatch's collaboration, and it deserves some discussion. Add a little National Bill or NO Bill and you've got yourself a 9 o'clock hour!  

8pm- State Office of Education Claims 10,000 Students Homeless
Ethan and Alex want to know where these numbers come from. This is very conflicting information compared to some overall homeless numbers in the State of Utah. The question is...what is their definition of 'homeless' and is this just a ploy for funding?  

7pm- Obama's Address to the Nation: Quit Your Whinin'!
President Obama has faced quite the media storm, especially in the last week. Tonight, as he addresses the nation's economic woes and possible solutions, Nightside breaks down his message.  

8pm- Managing your Kids' Media w/Matt Townsend
With all the talk this week of the influences that video games, music, movies and the internet have on kids...Relationship Coach Matt Townsend gives his expert opinion on the everyday "how-to" with your family.  

9pm- Family Wants Strict 'Sexting' Laws After Daughter's Suicide
Jessica Logan was a Senior in High School when she sent a nude photo of herself to her boyfriend. After a nasty break up, the boyfriend then sent that very private picture to all the people he could at school. After being deemed a 'slut', a 'whore' and anything else in the book, she hung herself in her closet. Her parents are fighting for sexting laws to be more strict. Who's to blame here?
